Export Compliance Notice
Effective date: 2026-05-18 (draft)
Verilax is offensive-security software. Its use, transfer, export, re-export, and re-transfer are subject to applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade-compliance laws of the United States and other jurisdictions.
1No use in violation of law
You may not access, export, re-export, transfer, or use Verilax in violation of U.S. export controls, sanctions, or trade restrictions, or the equivalent laws of any other jurisdiction in which you operate.
2Sanctioned parties and embargoed regions
Verilax may not be used by, or made available to:
- persons or entities listed on any U.S. or other applicable government sanctions list (including but not limited to the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List);
- persons located in, or ordinarily resident in, any jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive U.S. embargo, as that list is amended from time to time;
- persons or entities whose use of Verilax would cause Verilax or its operators to violate any applicable export-control or sanctions law.
3End-use restrictions
Regardless of jurisdiction, Verilax may not be used for any of the following end uses:
- development, production, or use of nuclear, chemical, biological, or missile weapons;
- cyber-surveillance or commercial-spyware activities targeting journalists, activists, dissidents, or human-rights workers;
- any other end use prohibited by applicable export-control law.
4Customer responsibility
You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable export- control and sanctions laws. By using Verilax you represent and warrant that your use of the platform, and your authorized targets, do not violate any such law.
5Reporting concerns
If you become aware of any actual or suspected misuse of Verilax in violation of this Notice, you must report it through the contact channel listed on the Privacy Policy page. Verilax may suspend access pending investigation.
6Classification and licensing
Export classification of Verilax (for example, ECCN designation under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations) will be finalized prior to commercial launch. Until that classification is published, customers should treat Verilax as potentially restricted and avoid any cross-border transfer that could implicate export-control law without independent counsel.
[Classification details and any required license language to be inserted by counsel.]
7Updates
Verilax may update this Notice as export-control and sanctions law evolves. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice.
